NAI atrium leased more than 90% of Red Stripe office building in New Belgrade

As the exclusive leasing agent of RED STRIPE office building, NAI atrium has successfully leased out 90% of the available space. The property is strategically well located in New Belgrade’s boulevard Bulevar Milutina Milankovica.

The building offers 3,800 square meters of leasable surface. Each floor consists of 4 completely independent office units which can be combined into larger office units according to special tenant requirements.
