Construction of Two-Unit Facility Planned at Science-Technology Park Novi Sad – Looking for Designer

Within the Science-Technology Park Novi Sad at 2 Vladimira Perica Valtera Street, the plan is to build another facility with two units. The Capital Investment Administration of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina has published the tender for the services of the preparation of technical documentation for the construction of a new facility within STP Novi Sad.

According to the specification of the job, the subject of the project task is the preparation of project-technical documentation for the construction of a facility with a total area of around 8,766 m2.

Based on the Detailed Regulation Plan of the University Complex in Novi Sad with amendments, two units (A and B) are planned on the parcel, one for the Science-Technology Park Novi Sad (Unit A), the other for the Faculty of Technical Sciences (Unit B), with two basement levels and five to eight floors (including the ground floor), with a total gross developed floor area (of aboveground levels) of around 30,000 m2. The planned gross developed floor area of Unit A is around 15,000 m2, and that of Unit B around 15,000 m2, whereas the underground two-level garage should have a gross area of around 12,000 m2, according to the documentation.

Unit A is planned as an office facility, designed as a flexible work space with amphitheaters and lecture rooms with side spaces, laboratories for heavy equipment and laboratories for computer and light electrical equipment, an administrative and business block and other features.

Unit B is meant for the needs of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad, with laboratories, classrooms and lecture rooms. Amphitheaters, offices for the teaching staff of the faculty, an internet center, a cafeteria and other features are planned within this facility.

The underground garage is meant to be shared by the two units.

According to the tendering documentation, the deadline for the submission of bids is April 24, at 11 AM, and the value of the job is not stated.
