Podgorica, No one interested in barracks "Morača", sale of another 6 military facilities soon

The first auction for sale of barracks "Morača" in Podgorica failed because not a single bid was delivered. The barracks encompasses 80,000 square meters of land and 79 facilities and its value was estimated to €23.3m.

Another 5 military facilities, land in the vicinity of bridge in Zagorič and collection military selling center were not sold either.

Auction for sale of another 6 military locations in Budva, Kotor and Herceg Novi will soon be announced.
