Vote for the innovative investment of the year in Serbia - We present you nominees for 2011 Aurea award



Eight innovative and socially useful projects with great financial potentials, of which implementation commenced in 2010 in Serbia, have been shortlisted for the 2011 Aurea award. We will find out on March 29 who will win the prestigious award and the title of the investment of the year. All of you can vote for your favorite project by casting a vote on the web portal Aurea until March 16.
This year's finalists are: Biotoxin meter - an instrument for water quality control, Elektronik - a combine for picking raspberries and blackberries, Energoobnova – a biomass power plant, Ledlight – a street LED lighting system, MAZ-BIK 203 CNG – a low-floor city bus powered by natural gas, Onion slicer - an industrial automatic machine for slicing vegetables, Pethouse - a mobile machine for grinding used PET plastic bottles, and the Faculty of Technology in Leskovac – Continuous biodiesel reactor.
The winner will be decided by the jury consisting of the following seven members:

3. Srdjan Janicijevic, Economics Institute, Director
4. Jan Kobler, Levana Capital Management, Director

6. Oliver Orton, IFC (World Bank), Program Manager
7. Hans Estermann, NALED, Development Adviser
Just like the last year, in addition to the main award, two special awards will also be presented - for the best innovation and the best social utility.
