HVB bank approves overdraft to enterprises

HVB bank in Serbia has started to approve overdrafts of up to 10,000 EUR to enterprises and overdrafts of 200,000 - 400,000 CSD to entrepreneurs. The loans of that kind are approved with the repayment period of 6-12 months, with the effective interest rate of 34.50% on annual basis. The conditions for approval of loan are that the clients have the account in the bank for at least three months and that their operations are positive. The loan is approved in dinars and is not related to euro. Interest rate is calculated only for the days when the account is in the red.
