"Končar" and "Goša" collaborate again

The representatives of holding corporation "Goša" from Smederevska Palanka and Zagreb-based company "Končar" agreed to continue business-technical collaboration in production of railroads cars, which used to highly developed in the time of former Yugoslavia.

The representatives of "Končara", led by Željko Tukša, head of the administration of "Končar Elektronika", visited "Goša" and talked with its management about revival of the collaboration.

"'Goša' is renowned manufacturer of passenger cars in the region, whereas we are manufacturers of electronic equipment that is used in modern air-conditioned cars", said Tukša.

"Having in mind all experience we gained during last few years working on the modernization of Croatian railways, we are of the opinion that we can transfer our knowledge to `Goša`, because it is potential carrier of the modernization of railroad cars in Serbia", said Tukša.

General manager of "Goša", Vlastimir Nešić, announced that "Goša's" Factory of railroad vehicles and "Končar" would sign the protocol on business cooperation, which will include overhaul, modernization, maintenance and new production of passenger cars.
