Compressor & Engine Services Planning Construction of Complex for Production of Mixers for Biogas Facilities in Zrenjanin

Compressor & Engine Services from Zrenjanin is planning the construction of a complex for the production of mixers for biogas facilities and a service for their maintenance in the business zone Southeast I.

The space covered by the Urban Project is located on the construction parcel catalog no. 15365/102 КO Zrenjanin I, whose area is 1 ha 03 a 93 m2, at BB Ognjeslava Kostovica Street in Zrenjanin.

The construction on the parcel is planned in two phases. In the first phase, the plan is to build a production facility with a warehouse and an administrative part with two floors (including the ground floor) and a ground-floor guardhouse, whereas, in the second phase, the plan is to build a second production facility with a warehouse and an administrative part with two floors (including the ground floor).

The total usable area of the facilities is 2,931.54 m2, of which the production part – ground floor is 2,286.10 m2, whereas the administrative part is 645.44 m2.

The urban project was prepared by the Nuova architectural studio from Zrenjanin.
