Designing This Autumn, Construction Next Year – Tenders for Training Center in Vrsac Announced

The Office for Dual Education and National Qualification Framework has announced the opening of 5 tenders which pertain to the reconstruction of the Pilot Academy complex in Vrsac.

Let us remind that this institution officially became care of the Republic of Serbia slightly under two years ago and is now officially part of the unified Training Center with the seat in Belgrade.

The designing tender is announced for September 20, and the 4 tenders for the execution of the works will be opened on December 25, 2023.

As announced earlier, the investment worth EUR 40 million which will be used for turning the Pilot Academy in Vrsac into a dual education training center will entail the reconstruction of the hotel restaurant, outdoor courts and the sports hall. New classrooms and accommodation capacities will be made, and a spa center and indoor pool and a heliport will be built, the existing runway will be extended and the flight control tower and the hangar will be reconstructed. The plan also includes the procurement of helicopters and airplanes.
