Komercijalna Banka to open subsidiary in Germany

The Managing Board of Belgrade-based Komercijalna Banka has scheduled an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for March 7. On that occasion, the draft decision on the formation of Komercijalna Banka Gmbh in Frankfurt will be taken in consideration.

The day of shareholders is February 16 and all shareholders and their proxies who had at least 1% of shares in their possession on that day have the right to vote. The agenda will also include the draft decision "on the issuance of shares by types and classes".
