Bankruptcy Proceedings in Astra Banka Concluded

The Commercial Court in Belgrade has concluded the bankruptcy proceedings in Astra Banka a.d. Beograd, as announced in the Official Gazette.

By the decision reached on December 22, the bankruptcy proceedings over the bankruptcy estate of Astra Banka continue. The bankruptcy estate consists of assets on the bank’s accounts which amount to RSD 38.7 million (which, upon the deduction of the award that will be paid to the bankruptcy supervisor and the payment of the costs of the proceedings, amount to RSD 31.9 million), as well as receivables from the debtors of the bankruptcy debtor.
