Commencement of negotiations on sale of Ravnaja in Mali Zvornik

Tender commission for the sale of Ravnaja in Mali Zvornik has given its consent for the commencement of negotiations with the only bidder - a consortium comprising Belgrade-based companies Inter-kop and MBA Miljkovic, the Privatization Agency announced.

The consortium has offered the price of EUR 875,557 and investments worth EUR 800,000 for a 70% stake in Ravnaja, and it has also accepted the minimum obligations from the social programme.

The tender for the sale of Ravnaja in restructuring was announced in October 2010. That company is engaged in production of building materials and employs 230 workers.
