New investments in "Bambi" - €15m, new Serbian food consortium

Požarevac-based "Bambi" sees itself as the leader in united concern of confectionery industry of Serbia where Belgrade-based "Soko Štark" and "Banat" from Vršac belong. The stockholders' assembly has made the decision of additional capitalization, which will be conducted through 2 emissions of stocks, each worth 400 million CSD. Thus, total value of new investments in Concern will amount to €15m. During 2004, "Bambi" produced 22,000 t of ready-made products in all 5 factories.
