Municipality of Kula prepares 100 hectares of industrial zones for investments

Municipality of Kula is going to invest RSD 80 million in preparation of the project documentation for regulation of the industrial zone, reconstruction of capital public utility and infrastructure facilities, as well as procurement of properties, while the money for that purpose will be borrowed from business banks.

As eKapija learns from the competent persons at the municipality of Kula, the works will include transformation of agricultural land into industrial zones in Kula, Ruski Krstur, Sivac, Nova Crvenka and Kruscic, spanning a total of about 100 ha. Each zone will get a new substation, while the zone in Kula will even obtain a road.

According to the plan, the municipality expects to provide the money by the end of February, while the works are expected to be finished before summer.
