United Media has announced that it has become the majority owner of the Slovenian media house Adria Media Ljubljana.

Following the approval of the competent regulatory bodies, United Media became the owner of 71% of Adria Media, the house which owns the most prestigious portals and print editions in Slovenia, the press release points out.

– We have in own ownership the fastest growing digital portfolio, which is currently third among all the portals in Serbia. We will continue developing what is already a very successful business and we will reach a new audience through this partnership and new investments – stated Aleksandra Subotic, CEO at United Media.
