"Grand kafa" invests €10m in tourist complex at Srebrno Jezero (Silver Lake)

The city planning-architectural solution for tourist complex “Tinkum” at Silver Lake was represented today in Veliko Gradište. "Grand kafa" from Belgrade will invest €10m in it.

Manager of "Grand kafa", Slobodan Vučićević, said that €4m would be invested in construction of infrastructure and that the foreign investors were expected.

The works will commence in March 2006 and housing project "Beli bagrem" will be finished in five years.

This is the biggest investment project in the history of Municipality of Veliko Gradište and it is in accordance with the general project for tourism development in Serbia, which was elaborated by the authorized ministry.

“The development of tourism on the Danube is a big chance for this area”, said Vučićević, adding that "Grand kafa" saw its own interest in this investment and, therefore, it decided to invest money in it.
