The embassies of the Kingdom of Norway in Belgrade and Sarajevo have launched an initiative to present Norwegian expertise and investors in the Western Balkans at the conference “Possibilities of Development of Renewable Energy in the Western Balkans”, which will be held at the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade on November 17.

Due to the disturbance in the global energy market, authorities worldwide are facing never before seen challenges, including quick price shifts and potential energy shortages. At the same time, long-term obligations for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the acceleration of shifting to green energy remain in focus.
