Diners Club International Belgrade Property up for Sale

The bankruptcy supervisor of Diners Club International Belgrade has placed an ad for the second public bidding for the sale of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal person.

The subject of the sale consists of:
– the portfolio of claims from the debtors of the bankruptcy debtor from the operations of the bankruptcy debtor as a payment institution which used to issue “Diners Club” payment cards;
– immovable property: agricultural land located in the territory of the municipality of Loznica;
– consignment goods stock;
– furniture.

The estimated value of the property is RSD 164,313,261, whereas the initial price is RSD 82,156,630. To participate, a deposit of RSD 32,862,652 also needs to be paid.

The public bidding will be held on December 23.
