Raca to Get Business Zone Sipic on 28 Hectares – Tender for Preparation of DRP Published

The Municipality of Raca has published the tender for the preparation of the detailed regulation plan of the business zone Sipic-Urska Jevtic with a strategic assessment of the impact of the plan on the environment.

According to the project task, the business zone will encompass an area of 28 hectares.

As said, through the carrying out of the DRP, the issuing of location requirements on the entire territory of the plan should be enabled, considering that, according to the legal regulations, the DRP is in essence the main planning document for the business zone territory.

The tender is open until November 15.
