Sale of Aerodrom Ketering Building at Nikola Tesla Airport Advertised

The public enforcement officer Milos Mitrovic, in an enforcement procedure against the debtor Airport Logistics from Belgrade, has advertised the first public sale of immovable property within the Nikola Tesla Airport complex.

The sale of the property will be done through electronic public bidding, and it entails the sale of the business services building Aerodrom Ketering (Airport Catering), with an area of 755 m2 and two floors, including the ground floor, within the Nikola Tesla Airport, to which it belongs in functional terms, as well as the canopy along the northeast façade.

Furthermore, land in the construction area of 672 m2 in the cadaster municipality of Surcin and land along the building with an area of 55 m2, also in the cadaster municipality of Surcin, are also up for sale.

According to the ad, the market value of the real estate is RSD 376,256,000.

The initial price at the first bidding is 70% of the estimated price, that is, RSD 263,378,200.
