Mortgage loans by Čačanska banka

Manager of Čačanska banka, Dragan Jovanović, signed the contract with the National Corporation for Insurance of Mortgage Loans in Čačak. This contract puts Čačanska banka on the list of banks that approve mortgage loans with better terms. In the name of the Government of Serbia, the contract was signed by the Minister of Finance, Mlađan Dinkić, while manager Aleksandar Jović signed the contract in the name of the National Corporation.

Dinkić says that that is the 9th contract in a row that the Government and the National Corporation sign with the business banks on approval of mortgage loans. They decided for Čačanska banka because it is the only regional bank in Serbia that managed to survive on the market in spite of strong competition with foreign banks and big domestic banks. Čačanska banka is the third domestic bank through which this credit line will be realized and and it is expected that it will provide 70% of the means for financing of credits. After Komercijalna and Čačanska banka joined the implementation of this project, the conditions are created for increase in number of mortgage loans approved on the territory of central Serbia, where only 10% of total number of loans have been approved so far.

Čačanska banka operates since 1956 and it offers all types of services to the economy and citizens. The business network of this bank is made of 17 offices on the territory of central Serbia and Belgrade and that number, according to the announcements of Manager Dragan Jovanović, will be increased in this year. Čačanska banka is the user of credit approved by European Bank for Rehabilitation and Development intended for development of small and mid-sized enterprises. At the same time, this bank approves loans for introduction of gas, connection to the heating system, procurement of automobiles. Starting February 15, the owners of old foreign currency saving bonds will be able to obtain mortgage loans from Čačanska banka on the basis of guarantee.
