Water Sailing “Belgrade Trophy” Event This Weekend on Ada Ciganlija

The water sailing “Belgrade Trophy” event will be held on October 8-9 on Ada Ciganlija, sponsored by the City Secretariat for Sports and Youth, Beoinfo reports.

The regatta tournament in the “Optimist” class is meant for the youngest participants, aged 7 to 15, the announcement says.

The opening of the regatta is planned for Saturday, October 8, at 11 AM, and the start of the first race is scheduled for noon. The awarding of the cups and medals is scheduled for Sunday, October 9, at 3 PM.

In addition to contestants from Belgrade clubs, those from Novi Sad, Smederevo, Donji Milanovac and Palic have also been announced, the competent secretariat emphasizes in its press release.
