Bids opened for "Pekarska industrija" (Baking Industry) from Pančevo - "Rubin" and Romanian "Vel Pitar" interested

Offers for the purchase of 70% of public assets in Pančevo-based company “Pekarska industrija” (baking industry) had been given by two companies: “Rubin” from Kruševac and “Vel Pitar” from Romania, the Privatization Agency stated.

Financial and legal consultants of the Privatization Agency will, within 30 days from the day the bids are opened, evaluate the arrived offers and state their opinion at the next meeting of the Tender Commission.

President of the Tender Commission is the chief of South Banat’s region Vladimir Kuručev, while his deputy is the chief in the Ministry of Economy Milorad Bjelopetrović.

The member of Municipal council of Pančevo, Aleksandar Vučković, took part in the work of the tender commission as the representative of local self-management, whereas the member of representative union Dragolo Tripković spoke in the name of the employees.
