A businessman from Belgrade, Nenad Đorđević, who owns part of island of "Sveti Nikola" near Budva, plans to start construction of modern hotel-suite housing project and marina on that location. The value of the investment is estimated to about €50m.
Construction of 250 rooms for elite tourism and marina with 80-100 places for rich guests’ ships is also in the pipeline, as well as building of four-floor hotel of high category with the yachting club, restaurants, casino, shopping mall, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
The first part of the modern suite complex will, most probably, be completed until the beginning of the next tourist season.
In addition to the beach, which will be reserved for the guests of the hotel, the bathing beach 250 m long and 20 m wide will also be organized.
In the future modern tourist complex on island of "Sveti Nikola", the special type of the payment by card will be organized.
It will be the first facility in Montenegro with such payment system. The general idea is to eliminate possible difficulties the guests might encounter.
