The Slovenians offered Government to buy "Maestral" for 60 million USD or allow them sell it to the Russians

Slovenian company "HIT" offered Montenegrin Government to buy hotel "Maestral" in Pržno for €60m, or to allow it sell the hotel to the Russian investors at that price. Slovenian company “HIT” bought “Maestral” five years ago from the Government of Montenegro for €9.5m.

After the procurement, the Slovenian completely reconstructed the hotel and turned it to the meeting place of the domestic jet set and renowned congress center.

According to the sales contract, Montenegrin Government, as former owner, has the right-of-way in the procurement of the hotel during the first five years. After that period, the owner has right to sell it to the best bidder.
