Five companies interested in procurement of Fertilizer Factory "Azotara"

Newspaper "Pančevac" writes that five companies showed their interest in the purchase of 100% of public assets in “Azotara” (Fertilizer Factory) from Pančevo - "Farmakom M. B." from Šabac, Belgrade’s “Univerzal Holding” together with “Delta” and ARV from Lithuania, Czech-based “Agrofert” and two Hungarian companies.

At the first meeting, the representatives of the Privatization Agency and Tender Commission members have carried out the initial opening of the envelopes with the offers. They will examine, evaluate and rank the offers in the following 30 days.
