Velefarm Complex in Subotica up for Sale – Estimated Value RSD 70 Million

The sale of the property complex, located in Subotica, of the company Velefarm ad from Belgrade has been advertised.

The complex is located at 40 Izvorska Street, on the south periphery of the town, and has good traffic and pedestrian access. It is partially fenced off, with paved and tiled areas around the facility and areas for the parking of vehicles, whereas the free areas feature park greenery. The complex consists of buildings, land, equipment, inventory and furniture.

The estimated value is RSD 70,078,451.47.

The public opening of bids will be held on September 27.
