Merging of "DDOR Pension Plus" and "Hypo Garant" funds - The new "DDOR-Garant" will have more than 20% share in the market

Company "DDOR Pension Plus" will be integrated into the society" Hypo Garant ", and will operate under the name " Society for the voluntary pension fund DDOR Garant " as announced by the National Bank of Serbia, which has given permission for this merging.
After the merging, there will be also executed the merging of the pension fund "DDOR Pension Plus" to the fund "Hypo Garant".
The newly created fund "DDOR-Garant" will have about 57,500 members and net assets of about two billion dinars which means it will have a slightly higher proportion of 20% on the Serbian pension funds market and it will be the third largest by the height of the net assets.
The NBS statement also says that due to the conversion value, there will be a change in the number of investment units in the accounts of members of the former fund "DDOR pension plus" but the account balance will remain the same.
The number of units and the balance on the accounts of the members of "Hypo Garantor" fund will not be changed due to the merging procedure.
Members of the fund "DDOR Pension Plus" will also be able, if they wish, to transfer their accounts to another voluntary pension fund.
After the merging, there will be six companies for voluntary pension funds management on the Serbian market and eight voluntary pension funds.
