Bus Station and Side Buildings in Cuprija up for Sale

The bankruptcy supervisor of Velmortrans Plus from Cuprija has advertised the first sale of the bankruptcy supervisor as a legal entity through the method of public bidding.

Among the most important pieces of immovable property are the road traffic building, with five floors and a ground floor area of 1,082 m2, and then also a bus station, with a ground floor area of 1,247 m2.

Furthermore, there are also the side building and additional four road traffic buildings with a total area of over 14,000 m2.

In addition to the buildings, land of a total area of 22 ares and 66 m2 is being sold, also in KO Cuprija Grad.

The initial price of the property is RSD 59,528,983, or around EUR 490,000.

Sales documentation needs to be purchased, and the deposit needs to be paid in order to take part.

The public bidding will be held on September 22.
