Industrial production in June 2022 increased by 3.7% compared to June 2021

Industrial production in Serbia in June 2022 is higher by 3.7% compared to June 2021.

Compared to the 2021 average, industrial production has recorded an increase of 4.5%, as per the official website of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia.


Industrial production in the time period January - June 2022, when compared to the corresponding period in 2021, is higher by 3.3%. The current seasonally adjusted index for June 2022, when compared to May 2022, shows a decrease of 0.1% for the industry as a whole, and a decrease of 2.4% for the processing industry.

Observed per sector, in June 2022, compared to June 2021, the Mining sector saw a growth of 21.6%, the Manufacturing Industry sector saw a 3.2% growth, and the Electricity, Gas, Steam Supply sector and air conditioning, a 4.1% decrease.
