Norwegian Government’s aid in amount of €11.3m

The Serbian Minister of International Economic Relations, Milan Parivodić, and the Ambassador of Kingdom of Norway to Serbia and Montenegro, Haakon Blankenborg, signed an understanding memorandum for the application of about €11.3m worth of Annual program of aid of Government of Norway to Serbia for year 2005. According to the words of Minister Parivodić, in the past five years, Norway issued Serbia €100m of non-refundable aid, €20m a year.

At the moment, Norway finances design of study for restructuring and privatization of Jat airways. It also provides grants for the projects in field of energy, development of State administration, agriculture and transportation.
