Luxurious hotel in Podgorica – five floors and four "stars", €40m

The construction of new, luxurious hotel on very attractive location in Podgorica, in park forest Kruševac, will start in mid-March.

The hotel whose estimated value is €40m will be built by Italian company " Bolići-invest" according to its own project and with the obligation of furnishing it for the four-star category.

Municipality of Podgorica takes part in this investment with about €5m, which is the worth of the land and communal infrastructure.

The hotel will have five floors and, in addition to the luxurious rooms and suites, it will have congress hall and trade-vocational center.

The completion of the construction is planned for the middle of the year 2008.
