Company Kop-Top Project Planning Construction of 35 Apartments in Villas in a Row on Kopaonik, with Spa Center, Restaurant and Underground Garage

Kop-Top Project from Belgrade has filed to the Ministry of Environmental Protection a request for deciding on the necessity of an environmental impact study of the project of the construction of a bed-and-breakfast facility on Kopaonik, Municipality of Raska.

The facility is planned as a bed-and-breakfast facility with villas in a row, on around 6,000 m2, with 35 apartments of various structures, from studio apartments to duplexes, a restaurant, a spa zone with a pool and beach mattresses, a relaxation room with tepidariums and a salt wall, a sauna, a ski rental shop, an elevator and a car lift, as well as an underground garage with 24 parking spaces.

The project was prepared by ECOlogica Urbo doo from Kragujevac.
