The buyer of 40,000 shares of Tigar, purchased three days ago at the price of 700 dinars per share, was Swedish investment fund East Capital, which became the fifth largest shareholder in that company after that transaction.
The shares were sold from the custody account of Societe Generale Bank, meaning that the "bidder" was most probably Dunav pension fund.
This transaction has indirectly left Tigar on listing A of the domestic capital market since the average daily turnover would be below the criteria prescribed by the Listing and Quotation Committee of the Belgrade Stock Exchange if there was not for that huge transaction.
Tigar holding, which comprises three technical units (footwear, technical tire, chemical products) registered a consolidated income of 3.88 billion dinars and a consolidated net loss of 220 million dinars in 2009.
