Five countries to sign memorandum in March 2006, theme: oil pipeline Constanza-Trieste

Miroljub Labus announced that the representatives of 5 countries, through which the oil pipeline Constanza-Trieste would pass, would sign the Memorandum on Understanding in March, which would be the introduction to founding of joint venture for financing of the oil pipeline feasibility study. The oil pipeline could be completed before the year 2012. By the way, Italy has finally decided to take active part in the construction of the oil pipeline from Constanza, through Pančevo, to Trieste. Also, construction of paralel route is taken into consideration.
