In accordance with its development strategy, Securitas, the provider of private security services, has expanded its operations to the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina after completing an acquisition in Montenegro.

A new member of the Securitas family is Alarm West Group with about 1,200 employees. The headquarters of this company is situated in Sarajevo.

Alarm West Group was formed in 1996 and today it covers a large portion of the market in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The acquisition contract was signed on December 1, 2010.
