"Delta M" wants to buy "Zvezda" Novi Sad

As it was confirmed in the recently privatized trade company "Zvezda" in Novi Sad, Belgrade-based "Delta M", after the procurement of "Danubius", started negotiations on strategic partnership with that Novi Sad-based company. "Zvezda" does not want to reveal details related to the possibility of that partnership, but it points to the fact that the negotiations may be signed at the end of this or at the beginning of the next month. The negotiations are led between "Zvezda" and "Pekabeta", the market chain that is part of company "Delta M".

So far, the only thing that is for sure is that there will not be classic sale of "Zvezda", because of the sales contract signed by the new owners who are obliged not to sell company during the next two years.
