Centro Hrana takes over remaining shares of Centroproizvod

The majority owner of Belgrade-based Centroproizvod, Centro Hrana, has announced the offer for takeover of the remaining shares of this company, which are in the possession of minor shareholders.

Centro Hrana intends to take over 15.85% of shares at the price of RSD 1,404 per share, and that offer will be open from November 25 to December 15 inclusive.

In the announced price of the offer for takeover, the market capitalization of Centroproizvod amounts to 3.8 billion dinars (35.6 million euros). This company registered business incomes of 3.9 billion dinars and a net profit of 398 million dinars in 2009.
