BIG Shopping centers has fulfilled all the conditions for officially purchasing 100% of ownership of Delta City Podgorica on Thursday 19th of May.

Delta City Podgorica center covers an area of 24,500 square meters with 100% of occupancy rate.

The center has a rental mix that includes an Aroma supermarket, Cineplexx cinemas, cafes and restaurants, fashion chains and sport stores, with anchor stores like Zara, Bershka, Mango, Pandora, Fashion & Friends, Sport Vision, Cosmetics market and many others.
