Agrokor gave up joining big Balkanian trading chain with Mercator and Delta ?

According to the Croatian media, the uniting of Balkanian trading-food giants will start with the connecting of Mercator and Delta, but without Agrokor/Konzum. Allegedly, even this two-member alliance will not have the food industries connected, which are owned by Delta and Istrabenz, but only trading. At this moment, unofficially, there is dispute between Ivica Todorić and Miroslav Mišković, but the negotiations will be continued in the following days and, once again, that will be the opportunity for Igor Bavčar (Istrabenz, majority owner of Mercator), Mišković and Todorić to meet. Good result would give chance to Delta to enter the market of Croatia, which would partially deny the statement that Serbian investments can not enter Croatia in any way.
