After buying shares of Jubmes, Farmakom purchases shares of Agrobanka

After continuously buying the shares of Jubmes Banka on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, Sabac-based Farmakom, which operates in the fields of agriculture, metal-processing industry, chemical industry and mining, has started acquiring the shares of Agrobanka as well.
The largest buyer of shares of the Belgrade-based agricultural bank this week was Farmakom concern, which acquired 2,230 shares of this banking institution in only one transaction, buying them from one of the companies owned by businessman Filip Zepter, which have been selling the shares from their portfolios in the domestic capital market over the last few days.
During this year, Farmakom has left a deep mark in Jubmes Banka by acquiring, together with other members of the concern, over 3,000 shares of the bank, that is, the ownership share of over 1.3%. The Farmakom concern comprises the following companies: Sabac-based Mlekara (Dairy), PIK 7. juli from Debrc, Car battery factory in Sombor, IK Guca, Zajaca mines, and Pozega-based Livnica.
