Four offers for procurement of company "Putevi Čačak"

The Privatization Agency stated that there had been four offers on the tender for the procurement of 70% of the public capital in stock company “Putevi Čačak” from Čačak.

At the public opening of offers for procurement, it was concluded that the offers were sent by companies: "Alpine Mayreder" Bau GmbH from Austria, "Betonut" from Hungary, alliance "Putevi Užice", "Novi Pazar-put", "Granit peščar" and "Putevi Kipar" and company "Strabag" AG from Austria.

Financial and legal advisors of the Agency will, within 30 days from the opening of the offers, perform an evaluation, which will be presented at the second meeting of the Tender Commission for the stock company “Putevi Čačak”.

The first meeting of the tender commission, that keeps record of the realization of the tender, started on December 14, 2005, its first extension was held on December 23, 2005, whereas its second extension took place yesterday.
