Belgrade to Get Depot for e-Buses – GSP to Adapt Old Car Body Workshop, Looking for Contractor

The specification of the task says that the subject of the works, among other things, includes the geodetic survey of the current condition, the removal of the existing tram tracks and the laying down of a concrete driving lane, as well as the repair of the sewer system and mechanical and electrical works.
The tender is open until April 26.
Let us remind that, in early 2022, another 10 electric buses were bought, which operate as part of the second eco-line between the Sports Center “Milan Gale Muskatirovic”, Dorcol and the Belgrade Waterfront.
Previously, 5 electric buses operated. Within the EKO-1 line, they have been operating since 2016, on the Vuk Monument-Belville route.
According to the deputy mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesic, the city’s plan is for a new ten electric buses to be bought each year over the next five years.
