Submitting of VAT reports online starts as a pilot project and it will become a legal obligation on January 1. From June 1, VAT payers will be able to submit tax reports exclusively electronically.

Domestic companies can submit electronic tax reports to the Tax Administration in Belgrade, in the boroughs of Stari Grad and New Belgrade, in Nis, Kragujevac, Novi Sad, Leskovac, Cacak, Uzice, Kraljevo and Subotica.

This contemporary convenience that makes the operations easier is possible thanks to electronic signature, that is, qualified electronic certificate that the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC) issues for free to businessmen, companies and enterprises.

Tax reports are easy to submit and the SCC also works on developing other services such as registering and unregistering workers.
