Zastava plans to deliver over 2,000 disassembled vehicles “128” to Egyptian company El Nasko in 2006, which is the biggest export of this Kragujevac-based Automobile Factory to the market of Egypt in the last few years. The value of this export arrangement amounts to about 5 million USD. Packing of disassembled vehicles "128" into special lots started yesterday. The first this-year shipment of 480 vehicles will depart from the port of Bar for Egypt in the middle of February. The next shipment of 480 vehicles to Egyptian partner will be delivered in MArch. In addition to export of disassembled vehicles to Egyptian market, Zastava plans to export ready-made automobiles to Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Syria and some other countries. Also, export of “koral” and “florida” vehicles to Croatia should start in the middle of the year. These "koral" and "florida" vehicles will be equipped with "euro 4" engines, which is the condition for export of Zastava vehicles to the countries that are candidates for EU membership or to the countries that are already members of EU.
