Cooling Plant, Production Hall and Office Spaces in Bela Crkva up for Sale – Initial Price EUR 1.82 Million

In Bela Crkva, at 32 Sonje Marinkovic Street, facilities evaluated at RSD 307,337,993.40 have been put up for a public sale as part of the bankruptcy proceeding.

The facilities in question are a cooling plant and a production hall, a compressor station, a substation, eight office spaces and a flow tunnel for the quick freezing of fruit and vegetables.

The initial price is RSD 215.13 million, that is, EUR 1.82 million.

The first electronic public bidding will be held on March 31.
