EU Delegation Looking for Residence or Building Land in Belgrade

The European Union Delegation to the Republic of Serbia is looking for a house (residence) or building land in Dedinje, Senjak or city center for lease or purchase.

House

The total area of all the rooms should be up to 600-700 m2.

Advantage is given to houses with a garden plot and a garage, as well as a parking space. The building should be in a good condition, so that no upgrades or repairs are necessary.

Land

The building parcel should meet the following conditions:

– the existence of a diplomatic neighborhood;
– access roads;
– building permit;
– a minimum area of 1,500 m2;
