Investment of EUR 53 Million in New Innovative Medicines Announced

In 2022, Serbia will invest EUR 53 million in new innovative medicines for the treatment of diabetes, hepatitis C, breast cancer, colon cancer or other malignant diseases, stated the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.

As he said for TV Tanjug, until now, the most was invested in 2020, around EUR 23 million.

– I believe that this is good news for those people, because they will be able to get the kind of care that people have in the most developed countries of the world – Vucic said.
