Price of Taxi Transport in Belgrade Increases – Start Costs RSD 220

The decision on the prices of taxi transport of passengers in the territory of the city of Belgrade, which determines new prices of taxi transport of passengers, had been adopted and came into effect yesterday with the publication in the Official Journal of the City of Belgrade on February 17, 2022, announced the Secretariat for Public Transport of the City of Belgrade.

The start, for all three tariffs, costs RSD 220, the ride per kilometer, depending on the tariff, is 80, 100, or 160 dinars, and waiting per hour is RSD 900.

The prices defined by said solution are as follows: taxi transport prices on the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport – City of Belgrade area route, where the transport must be carried out based on the permits issued by the authorized organ of the City Administration are:

– First zone: RSD 1,700.00,
– Second zone: RSD 2,200.00,
– Third zone: RSD 2,700.00
– Fourth zone: RSD 3,700.00
– Fifth zone: RSD 5,500.00
– Sixth zone: RSD 7,400.00.

This was agreed at yesterday’s working meeting of representatives of taxi services in Belgrade, the acting director for municipal police affairs, the secretary for inspection affairs, the director of the PE Putevi Beograd, the secretary for public transport and the head of the taxi transport sector, where the harmonization of the prices on an annual level was discussed.

– Considering the agreement that has been reached and the accepting of the requests of the representatives of independent taxi entrepreneurs, the conditions are met for the announced protest, scheduled for February 21-26 not to be held, because the reasons for it are no longer there – the announcement says.
