Turkish company builds apartments in Niš

Turkish businessman Omer Guzel Čiftč and Mayor of Niš, Smiljko Kostić, have signed the Protocol on construction of over 3,000 apartments and other facilities the city requires. The construction will be financed by the namesake Turkish company.

Turkish company will build cheap apartments whose square meter will cost €200 - €300. The construction should commence at the beggining of 2006.

City of Niš has the obligation to provide location for the construction, whereas the Turkish company will finance newly founded stock company that is going to design plans, build and sell apartments and other facilities.
