Consortium Raiffeisen Investment AG, Eurofast Global and Babic & Associates made privatization adviser of Montenegro Airlines

The consortium of Eurofast, Raiffeisen Investment AG and Babic & Associates has won the tender announced by the Privatization Council of theGovernment of Montenegro for consultancy in the privatization process of Montenegro Airlines AD. The team leader is Bojana Babic, the Tax and Legal Associate.

The consortium will be put in charge of the preliminary market assessment and privatization promotion activities, Legal Due Diligence, preparation of tender and other documentation, initiation and support to tender procedure.
